CHINESE NEW YEAR (CNY) IS ALMOST UPON US…

Whilst most of the world was busy celebrating Christmas and New Years, here in China we were busy at work! However, now the tables have turned and we are looking forward to a glorious national holiday, Chinese New Year!

However we here at PureTime will still be operating (although on a somewhat limited basis) to service you, are highly valued customers! Just to let you know, shipping companies, factories, etc., are close during CNY. This is the sole reason why most, if not all dealers take the time off for CNY.

Not only will we still be in operation over CNY, but we also are pleased to announce our CNY 5% discount, which will be applicable from the point of receiving this newsletter up until the 31st of January! Please read on for more details.

Emailing us will be available to you if you should have any questions that LiveChat cannot answer. I (Angus) will not be personally able to answer emails (I need a holiday!) however my trusty sidekick Francis will do his best to help you with any questions you may have.

Please do not email Francis in regards to a previous order you have made with us, nor any questions in regards to repairs, tracking and QC. He does not have access to this information. However if you should wish to discuss purchasing a watch, advice on watches, terms and conditions, etc., etc., he is the man to email!

The rules as for the CNY 5% discount:

1. We will strive to ship out all orders placed before the 15th of January before CNY starts. If we do not manage to ship your order out, please accept our sincerest apologies, your order will be sent out as soon as our CNY holiday is over.

2. Any order placed between now and the 31st of January can use our 5% discount code (see below for code). By using this code you accept and agree that your order will not be sent out until CNY is over. Patience is a virtue, as they say, and for your patience you will be rewarded!

3. As usual with all of our discount codes, these cannot be used in conjunction with the 10% discount we offer for payments using Western Union or Bank Transfer.
