How much time does this add to the delivery of the watch? Also what is the average processing time for a purchase?

This extra US$100 worth spending for any aytomatic movements for accuracy, longer life.
I requested this service on my Explorer II Asian movement but it's more accurate than Swiss moves, rotor is very quiet. I'm a happy customer!
